World War II, analyzed!

Most of the problems with the site should now be fixed.

I've added some cosmetics changes, like adding shadows to all the titles to make the whole appearance more pleasant.

I've also added some more descriptive titles to all pages, so that now in the window the correct name of the page appears and not the name of the topic.

I've also added more links, so now you can easily navigate to other topic's in the same section. To navigate to another section you can still use the links on top of each page.
