Missing Battle on the Site/Specific Questions/1st Post

Postby Winnie on Tue Apr 29, 2008 2:23 am

I was wondering why the battle at Juno Beach is not covered on this site? Also for the Raid on Dieppe what was the specific weapon used by the 2nd Canadian Division? Another one is What was the composition of both Juno Beach and Dieppe? Was there any intelligence or logged communication reals on either of these as well?

There is a section on Juno Beach on the World War II, analyzed! site, you can find it here:

http://web.mac.com/davedepickere/World_ ... Beach.html

Concerning your other questions, what do you mean by the "specific weapon"?

With composition, I guess you mean the troops on Juno Beach and Dieppe, right? If so, I'll look it up for you.

Yes I ment for both battles I would need this info before 5PM, GMT -6 hours. Thanks so much for the link on Juno Beach I was having trouble locating it. I think a site searching tool would be very helpful for visitors. But if it possible to get that info I'd gladly appreciate it. Thanks again.
